#MedEd If two people give opposite accounts of an event, how can a medical regulator discern who is telling the truth and who is lying? One means that some rely on, is to simply assume that one of the two parties is lying. Perhaps a more prudent method of establishing quiality in medical regulation would be to investigate reports of poor patient care prior to assuming that they did not occur repeatedly.
